주식회사 이크레모스 ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly. The Korean version of this policy shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
The Company may collect the following personal information for inquiry handling, service provision, and consultation.
· Required: name, email address, contact number, company name, inquiry details
· Automatically collected: access IP, cookies, service usage records, device information
Information is collected via website inquiry forms, email, and consultation channels (e.g., Channel Talk).
· Responding to inquiries and consultations, identity verification
· Service provision, contract performance, and payment settlement
· New service announcements and marketing (with separate consent)

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, where retention is required by law, it is kept for the relevant period.

Users may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Such requests may be made in writing or by email, and the Company will take action without delay.
The Company implements administrative, technical, and physical measures to ensure the security of personal information, including access rights management, access control systems, encryption, and installation of security programs.
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer responsible for overseeing personal information processing and handling related complaints and remedies.
