Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Services, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

· "Services" means the website (www.ecremmoce.io) operated by the Company and all services provided through it.

· "User" means any person who uses the Services under these Terms.

These Terms take effect by being posted on the Services screen or otherwise notified to users.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable law and will announce any amendment at least 7 days before its effective date.

The Company provides services such as company and service information, inquiry and consultation handling, and other services determined by the Company.

The Company may change the contents of the Services as needed for operational or technical reasons.

The Company may temporarily suspend the Services in cases of system maintenance, replacement, communication failure, or force majeure such as natural disasters.

Users must not engage in the following:

· Misappropriation of others' information

· Unauthorized alteration of information posted by the Company

· Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

· Interfering with the Company's operations or the stable operation of the Services

Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by the Company belong to the Company. Users may not use them for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use them without prior consent of the Company.

The Company is exempt from liability where it cannot provide Services due to force majeure such as natural disasters.

The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
